Eco-Leaders have the flexibility to engage in ways that suit their interests and schedules. We are lucky to have over a thousand local Eco-Leaders, but each of you is unique in your passions and what your ideal volunteer experience looks like.

Action Teams help us engage you in the most meaningful way possible, and support our work more effectively!

We will still let you know about important Eco-Leader actions if you choose not to opt into any Action Teams, but this is a way to engage more deeply in whatever aspects of the program are most interesting to you.

Here are some examples of "deeper" calls to action that you will receive if you sign up for a Team (that we wouldn't send to the entire large network).

Policy Action Team
The legislative session is dynamic, fast, and unpredictable. Signing up for the Policy Action Team lets us know you are willing to receive time-sensitive opportunities to reach out to your representatives to help get policies passed!

Volunteer Action Team
We are a small nonprofit organization, and rely heavily on volunteers to do all that we do. Signing up for the Volunteer Action Team lets us know you're ready for us to reach out with smaller-scale or short-notice volunteer needs for the organization (like helping out at the CHaRM, shoveling mulch, or sorting books).

Outreach Action Team
All Eco-Leaders are doing outreach in some way, but we want to hear from those of you who are most interested in sharing information and resources to the community! By signing up for the Outreach Action Team, you will be opting in to receiving a monthly email with a brand-new tip each month, which you can then share with your HOA, workplace, or just friends and family.
