The Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment (CDPHE) has started the rulemaking process to update requirements to reduce landfill methane! Eco-Cycle and our partners are building a statewide awareness and action campaign to encourage the Governor’s Office to pass the strongest possible landfill methane rule.
